What is FairSpace?

FairSpace is not about compliance checklists or surface-level training. It was created to help companies take real steps toward fairness in how they pay, support, and include the people who work for them. It is built around learning, but the focus is change. Each course is paired with coaching and follow-up support so that ideas are not just heard, but applied.

What We Cover

FairSpace includes a series of self-paced learning modules for employees and managers. These courses focus on subjects that are often overlooked or handled poorly in corporate settings, such as:

  • Fair pay and wage transparency

  • Overtime rights and compensation

  • Anti-harassment and psychological safety

  • Internal promotions and advancement pathways

  • Union cooperation and collective voice

  • Rest, leave, and time outside of work

Each topic is grounded in both ethical reasoning and well-established international frameworks, including the European Social Charter, ILO labor standards, and the UN's principles on business and human rights.

One Company at a Time

We work with one company at a time, offering three months of dedicated guidance. This includes:

  • A branded Moodle Workplace space

  • Customized feedback tools

  • Meetings with HR and team leads

  • Ongoing adjustments to ensure progress

This approach keeps the work focused and respectful. Your team is not one of many. For the time we work with you, your company is our only priority.

Why This Is Valuable

FairSpace is built through real practice, not assumptions. These early collaborations will help us learn how people use the courses, how feedback is received, and what kind of support is most useful. Your participation helps create something that others will benefit from later.

We are preparing an improved version of FairSpace for 2025. To do that with care and accuracy, we are inviting three companies to take part in the current phase of study. Their experience will inform how the materials are revised and how the support process is refined.

What We Offer

The first three companies that join, along with their staff, will receive full access to the updated FairSpace program at no cost. This includes:

  • All current learning modules

  • A custom FairSpace tenant for your company

  • Three months of guidance and open conversation

  • Ongoing meetings with HR and team leads

  • A clear channel to share observations and suggestions

We ask only that you take part honestly and help us understand what works, what needs more attention, and what might be missing.
